The Management Company assists the Board in its administration of the
Community. A Community Manager has been assigned to Manor Homes of
Adare Farm Condominium Association and oversees the day-to-day operation.
The Management Company accounts for the collection of assessments, maintains
the financial records of the Association and maintains a Customer Service
department to assist residents with any common area maintenance issues
that may arise.
Management
also has a 24-hour answering service in the event of an emergency maintenance
