Dogs, cats and other domestic household pets are allowed; provided there are no more than two and they are registered with the Association. They must be kept on a leash (not more than six feet in length), and under supervision at all times and are not allowed to run loose. Pets must be walked on the parkway and not allowed on the common area. Residents are responsible for picking up and disposing of any of their respective pets' defecation. Any homeowner violating this rule will first receive a written warning of violation from the Association Manager. A fine will result for subsequent violations.

In addition, pets are not allowed to be attached to stakes, trees or any other part of the common areas and must be attended by owner at all times. Any homeowner violating this rule will first receive a written warning of violation from the Association manager, if violation is not corrected, the Association reserves the right to remove the animal(s) within three days thereafter.
