Architectural Approval Form

Requests for Exterior Modifications: must be submitted and reviewed by Management and the Board. This requirement includes satellite dishes, decks, windows and doors, and landscape modifications. Include a drawing of what you plan to do.  For installations of building components, submit a cut-sheet of the product proposed for installation.

Forms submitted without drawings will delay review and approval. Send drawing to:

No alterations of any kind may be made to the exterior portions of any building, including roofs, siding, balconies, windows, porches, doors, windows, sidelites, driveways and sidewalks without written permission of the Board.  Prohibited alterations  include  putting carpet, artificial turf or any other material down to cover the common elements or limited common elements.

Exterior lights can be only white bulbs with the exception of yellow “bug” lights, which maybe used from April 1 to October 1 only.  Exterior lights may be changed as a holiday decoration.  Porch lights are the responsibility of the Unit Owner.  The Association will replace garage lights.

Accent lights of low voltage, such as Malibu, are not permitted.  Only one flag or banner is allowed to be attached without Board approval per unit and is limited to size 3 feet by 5 feet.  No offensive material is allowed.  See also Article VI Aragon Condominium Declaration.
