Pursuant to the Statues of the State of Illinois, the Association is authorized to pursue forcible entry and detainer proceedings for delinquent assessments and other monies owed to the Association.  These proceedings may result in the Resident's loss of possession of his/her unit.

All monthly assessments and any special assessments or other lawful charges of the Association are due and payable on the first day of each month.

Late charge of $20.00 will be assessed to payment received after the 15th of the month.

Any Unit owner who is delinquent for more than ninety (90) days and who has not contacted the Board of Directors requesting special consideration shall have their case automatically brought before the Board of Directors for consideration to institute the legal proceedings.

Once a delinquent Unit Owner is sent to the Association Attorney for collections, all legal fees become the responsibility of the Unit Owner.

Owners shall pay attorney and management fees for the costs of collection, rule enforcement, inspections and re-sales and refinancing of units as may be assessed form time to time.
