No sign of any kind shall be erected within the Properties without the written consent of the Board of Directors.  The Board of Directors shall have the right to erect signs as they, in their discretion, deem appropriate.  Notwithstanding the above, no signs, flags, banners, or similar items advertising or providing directional information with respect to activities being conducted outside the Properties shall be permitted within the Properties (Aragon Condominium Declaration, Article XI).

 A “For Sale” and/or “Brokerage” sign may be place on a porch or balcony for view.  In addition a standard type open house sign is allowed on common ground in front of the unit only and on Mill Road on the day of the open house. (Aragon Condominium Declaration, Article XI).
