Visitor parking spaces: A posted sign will designate visitor only parking spaces.  A visitor is defined as a non-unit owner and/or does not reside in an Aragon unit.  Either the unit owner/resider or a visitor must call their vehicle information in to the Management Company if the vehicle will be parked on Aragon Property longer than 72 hours.

The Management company will keep a running list of calls listing the following information: name of the unit owner/resider, address of unit, name of visitor, vehicle type, make, year & license plate,  and length of time the visitor will be at Aragon.  A unit owner/resider is not allowed to park in a visitor parking space and is subject to towing at the owner’s expense.

Alleyways:  Alleyway refers to all thoroughfares that run between the building garages and that lead up to each garage door.  Vehicles cannot be parked unattended behind any garage door at any time.  Vehicles cannot be parked half in and half out of the garage (see Article I, Section 1.07.)  If you are not outside with the vehicle, the vehicle is considered to be left unattended and can be towed.  Please note: This does not include service vehicles performing a service or repair at that time at the residence.

Free parking spaces:  A free parking space is any parking space not designated as a reserved parking space or designated as a visitor parking space.  All parking spaces shall be used for operable vehicles only.  Vehicles in non-operative condition must be parked in the homeowner’s garage.  No more than one vehicle may be parked in any one parking space.  Free parking spaces are available on a first come first served basis. Unit owners/resider are required to use their garage (and designated parking space, if applicable) prior to using a free parking space.

The unit owner/resident must call their vehicle information to the Management Company if the vehicle will be parked on Aragon property longer than 48 hours (or their vehicle may be towed at the owner’s expense.)  The Management company will keep a running list of calls listing the following information: name of unit owner/resider, address of unit, vehicle type, make, year & license plate, and length of time vehicle will be parked on Aragon property.

Parking is prohibited anywhere on the Aragon property except in the marked parking spaces or on the village streets of Moreland, Palazzo, Mill or Natalie.  Vehicles cannot obstruct the passage of other vehicles anywhere on the property.

Section 2.02 Commercial/Recreational Vehicles

Commercial vehicles, mobile homes, tractors, trailers, campers, snowmobiles, boats, other watercraft and other recreational vehicles are not permitted in any outside parking area.  All of the above vehicles must be parked inside the homeowner’s garage with the garage door closed.

Commercial vehicles: Commercial vehicles are vehicles operated for the transportation of persons or property in furtherance of any commercial or industrial enterprise which are designated, equipped and used for carrying commercial freight, goods, wards, merchandise, or equipment and any vehicle displaying commercial advertising on the exterior of the vehicle.  Any homeowner who owns a vehicle required to display a Class B registration may request permission from the Board of Directors to park in the designated parking areas provided the vehicle is not used in any way as a commercial vehicle and has no writing on the vehicle.  All Commercial vehicles and Class B registration vehicles are required to park in either the parking lot by the gazebo or the parking lot by the Moody Bible Institute antennae tower.

Section 2.03 Towing

The following will be towed at the owner’s expense

¨    Vehicles which obstruct the passage of other vehicles.

¨     Vehicles parked in the reserved parking spaces of other homeowners.

¨     Vehicles which have been determined to be abandoned.

To have a vehicle towed, the unit owner/resider must contact the Property Management Company or a Board of Directors member.  The towing company will not accept calls directly from a unit owner/resider.  Contact the Property Management Company during regular business hours for complete towing information.
