Per Aragon regulations no livestock, poultry or animals (except dogs, cats, or other usual common household pets) of any kind shall be raised, bred, or kept on any portion of the Properties (which include Common Property, Limited Common Property or the Unit).  Only two dogs, cats or other usual and common household pets are permitted in a unit.      

Pets may not be left unattended in the common areas, but may be leashed with a tether.  This leash must restrain the pet from leaving the immediate area and does not exceed the sidewalk.   

Any pet which is considered, in the sole discretion of the Board, to (a) endanger the health, (b) make objectionable noise, or (c) constitute a nuisance, inconvenience or danger to the residents of other Units or the owner of any portion of the Properties shall be removed upon three (3) days notice by the Board.  If the owner fails to honor such request, the pet will be removed by the Board. (Aragon Condominium Declaration, Article XI).

No pet of any kind shall be kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purpose.

All pet owners must immediately clean up after their pets when walking on common, private, and city grounds.  Owners who do not clean up after his/her pet will be fined as according to the policy in Article VII, Section 7.04.  Attended pets may be tethered in the garage but not to exceed the garage opening.

Any and all damage incurred by an animal to grass, trees, and all vegetation regardless of the animal being confined or running uncontrolled, shall be the sole responsibility of the owner and all charges incurred for replacement shall be billed directly to the Unit Owner responsible for the pet.  Any and all damage to the grass must be replaced with sod.  The Unit Owner has tow options when replacement of grass or other vegetation is necessary: (1) The Unit Owner may have the Aragon Landscaping service replace the sod or other vegetation and reimburse Aragon Association (2) the Unit Owner may elect to replace the sod or other vegetation’s himself/herself.  If the Unit Owner elects to replace the sod or other vegetation on his/her own, the sod must be purchased from the Aragon lawn service.  The Unit Owner has ten (10) days to replace the sod.  All replacements must be comparable or similar in size and quantity.
