Snow plowing is contracted to start after two (2) or more inches of snow has fallen.

Snow plowing generally will not begin until after the snowfall has stopped.

Streets will be plowed first, followed by driveways and parking areas, and finally walkways.

Should you have any questions regarding the snow plan or in the event your driveway is missed, please contact American Community Management, Inc.

American Community Management's Maintenance manger maintains direct contact with snow crew supervisors in the field and will get this work completed for you.

De-icing of all areas is the responsibility of the residents. As in the past, residents are eligible for reimbursement of up to $10.00 for their purchase of Ice Melt (calcium chloride, potassium chloride) NOT SALT, to be applied by residents as needed. This is available at stores such as Wal-Mart, Menards and Jewel-Osco.

To be reimbursed for this, please remit a receipt showing the purchase of your product by March 1,
