All rubbish, trash, and garbage shall be regularly removed from the Properties and shall not be allowed to accumulate thereon. All rubbish, trash or garbage shall be kept so as not to be seen from neighbor Condominium Units and Streets. Garbage may not be burned on the Property Per Browning Ferris Industries solid waste program, garbage should be placed in 32 gallon containers. Names or address of the Unit Owner should be placed on the garbage can. Garbage should only be placed outside for collection after 6:00 pm the night before collection and must be at the designated curbside area by 6:00 am on the day of pickup. Containers are to be removed from the street by midnight following the collection day. Association trash collection should not be used for home business refuse. Littering is prohibited and includes cigarette butts. Collection Schedule The collection day for Aragon is Wednesday. Holiday Schedule When your collection day falls on or after one of the following holidays, collection will be picked up one day later than usual: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Christmas Trees The city will collect Christmas trees during the month of January according to the Homeowner’s Guide of Addison. Trees must be free of plastic bags, all decorations (including tinsel) and tree stands. Scavenging is prohibited.
