Owners are responsible for paying their assessments on time (due on the first of each month). A late charge shall be placed on all accounts where the assessments have not been processed by the Bank into the Association's account by the 10th of the month.

NOTE: It usually takes 3-5 business days from the time the bank receives a payment until the Association's account is credited Any assessments, regular or special, which are not paid on the due date shall be delinquent. Late fees after the 10th of each month $10.00.

Payments made directly to the Management Office must be processed manually and will incur a convenience fee.

In many cases, you can also use your online banking service to pay your bill. Remember to provide your 17-digit account number, which is located at the bottom of your payment coupon. Please avoid using slashes, spaces or dashes since they could delay the processing of your payment. You'll also need the following address:
