Upon receipt of a Violation Notice a Homeowner may appeal in person at the next Board Meeting. Appeals may also be submitted in writing as long as they are received prior to the date of appearance at the Board meeting. Written appeals may be submitted either by mail or by fax. Failure to appear in person or submit a written appeal to request and alternate date will be grounds for the Association to uphold the fine.
