Laundry rooms are located on the first floor of each module of each building. Each laundry room is for te use of the residents in eight condos. So each person needs to be thoughtful of the others.

• The laundry rooms and machines are for the use of residents only.
• Laundry Room hours are from 8:00am to 10:00 pm daily.
• Please clean out dryer lint after each use.
• Absolutely no tints or dyes are to be used in the machines.
• Do your part in keeping the laundry rooms orderly and clean.
• Keep laundry room door closed at all times.
• If a machine malfunctions, call the company from whom the machines are leased, and report the problem.
• Smoking is not permitted in laundry rooms.
• Laundry equipment is to be used in its normal fashion. Any damage incurred by the misuse of machines will be charged to the Homeowner.
• The Association is not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen items.
• REMOVE CLOTHING IMMEDIATELY AFTER LAUNDRY IS DONE. If left in the laundry it may be locked away, and there will be a $25.00 fine to
  retrieve it.
  

BE CONSIDERATE OF YOUR NEIGHBORS! Do your laundry quickly so that others may use the facility also. If you have more than two (2) loads of clothes to do wait awhile an give someone else a chance.
