PARKING LOT COLORS

Red – Two North Lots (Grand Lake Blvd)

Green – South Lots (Rout 59 and Ridgeland Ave)

Yellow – Southeast Corner ( near garage)

Procedures for Parking Stickers:

Mail or Fax the following:
Car registration and proof of residency at Autumncrest.
Proof of residency must be:  (w/name and address)
Utility bill, lease (name/address section only),
Closing paper (name/address section only. 

DRIVERS LICENSE NOT REQUIRED

If renting, current Lease and Rider must be submitted
before parking stickers can be provided.

All the above are a MUST.  If ANY item is missing you
will receive a two-week temporary permit only!
Failure to supply the missing item(s) will result in
the car being towed when the temp. expires!

Rules and Regulations Section XXII

Due to the limited amount of parking available at Autumncrest, the following Rules and Regulations shall apply to all vehicles parked on the property, or entering, traveling over, or leaving the property.

Unexpected Visitors: Must contact the City of West Chicago
Visitors can park over night on Grand Lake.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL HAVE THE AUTHORITY TO ENGAGE A TOWING SERVICE TO REMOVE ANY VEHICLES IN VIOLATION OF THE FOLLOWING RULES. PAYMENT OF THE TOWING CHARGES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE VEHICLE OWNER.

Two (2) bedroom units may register no more than three (3) vehicles and one (1) bedroom units may register no more than two (2) vehicles.

All unit owners, tenants, and visitors must register their vehicle with the Association. Call the Management Office if you do not know where to get the sticker you need.

All vehicles must display the parking sticker AS INSTRUCTED.

Only those vehicles belonging to homeowners, tenants, or a guest for whom a guest sticker has been obtained may be parked at Autumncrest overnight.

Any vehicle in any Autumncrest parking lot between 1:00am and 6:00am without a sticker is parked illegally and subject to towing.

Because of limited resident parking in lots C and D guests may not park in these lots at any time.

All vehicles must be legally licensed pursuant to the laws of the State of Illinois.

No vehicle may be operated in excess of 15 mph on Autumncrest property.

Parking will not be permitted in any fire lane. This is also enforced by
the police.

Parking or storage of boats, campers, recreational vehicles, snowmobiles, trailers, or any similar vehicle on Autumncrest property is prohibited.

Motorcycles will be allowed a permit and are considered a permissible vehicle.

No motorized vehicle may e operated on walkways, designated fire lanes, or on the grass and landscaped areas.

No excessive vehicle noise will be permitted. This includes, but is not limited to horns, motorcycles and stereo or sound equipment.

All vehicles must be maintained in good working order. Unlicensed or abandoned vehicles, or vehicles on which the license plate has expired are in violation and subject to towing. A vehicle will be considered abandoned if it is in a state of disrepair rendering it incapable of being driven in its present condition of the vehicle clearly indicate it has been abandoned. Flat tires must be fixed immediately.

Any vehicle that has not been moved for three (3) weeks will be considered non-essential to the driver's transportation needs, is in violation and subject to towing.

During snowfall, when there is an accumulation of 2 inches or more of snow, the unit owner, tenant, or guest will be responsible for moving their vehicles so those areas which have been plowed, enabling the snow removal contractor to finish plowing the remainder of the lot.

Vehicles blocking effective snow removal may be fined or towed with notice.

CAR REPAIRS, INCLUDING OIL CHANGES, ARE PROHIBITED IN
THE PARKING LOT.

Permits will be given to Class B or C trucks. Commercial trucks will be given stickers at the discretion of the Board. The Board may designate certain areas in which any of these vehicle may be parked.

Commercial vehicles providing services to the Association, unit owners or tenants are permitted for the time required to complete their service. These vehicles are excluded from the above rules, but the operator will attempt to comply with the rules whenever compliance does not hinder the performance of the operator's task.

West Chicago City zoning requires that no vehicles with Class D or higher incense place designation may park in residential areas except in the normal course of the business duties. The zoning for Autumncrest is "R5": single family residential.

VIOLATIONS OF THESE MOTOR VEHICLE RULES MAY RESULT IN A FINE ASSESSED AGAINST THE OWNER AND THE VEHICLE MAY BE TOWED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE

ADDITIONAL RULES
Autumncrest is Private Property. No solicitors are permitted. Nor should individuals or cars use this property as a thoroughfare.

• Any car parked in the Red or Green Restricted Lots with the Wrong color sticker will be fined.
• Any color sticker car may park in the yellow Visitor Lot.

If you receive a temporary pass, you may only park in the yellow
lot with this pass.

If you are requesting a replacement sticker and are sending your current sticker into management, you MUST park in visitor parking until you get your new sticker and install it on your cars window.

You may also come to the management office to get your replacement sticker immediately when turning in your old sticker to us.
