Responsibility for such pets as are allowed, and the actions of said pets must be in strict accordance with local ordinances for licensing, leash laws, numbers, species, etc. as well as in keeping with the following Rules and Regulations, or the Autumncrest Condominium Association and its By-Laws.

Dogs are not permitted at Autumncrest. No exceptions. The Homeowner will be fined if found in violation.

Cats or other household pets are permitted unless they become a nuisance.
A cat must be on a leash if taken outside.

Residents must removed pet litter in a sanitary and conscientious manner, The Association may exercise its right to notify the Animal Control Officer of DuPage county if this rule is violated.

Any pets deemed dangerous may be removed from the property, and will be reported to the Animal Control Officer of DuPage County for appropriate action.
