Pool Hours
Week-ends are 12:00pm to 7:00pm. Pool is closed on Mondays. After June
7, 2006 the hours are Tues. - Sunday 12:00pm to 7:00pm. Pool closes on
August 20th.
Pool
Rules
Pool Attendant
must be obeyed at all times. Failure to do so will result in expulsion
from the pool.
No one will
be allowed in the pool without the presence of a Pool Attendant.
Upon entering
the pool area, pool tags must be presented to the Pool Attendant, and
members are required to sign the Log Book. This will be the only method
of entry to the pool. The Pool Attendant will have the authority to retain
tags and deny access if the Pool Rules are not obeyed.
There will
be a $25.00 charge for replacement of any lost pool tags.
Two tags per unit will be issued.
Any member
who lends pool tags to non-members will have their family swimming privilege
revoked for the remainder of the season.
Guests are
limited to a total of two per household. Members under 18 years of age
are not allowed to bring a guest without an adult member.
Children
under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
All persons
must shower before entering the pool.
No food,
alcoholic beverage, or glass container will be allowed in the pool area.
No running,
pushing, or horseplay will be allowed.
Depending
on the crowd size, and at the Pool Attendant's discretion, no water toys,
air mattresses, etc. are allowed in the pool. Approved life preservers
are permitted if properly secured. Absolutely no ball throwing allowed.
Only rubber-soled
shoes will be allowed on the pool deck.
Persons with
contagious diseases or open sores are prohibited from the pool area. NO
band-aides allowed.
Clean and
appropriate swim wear only. No cut-offs will be allowed as a substitute
for swim trunks. No cloth or disposable diapers will be allowed on babies
without the use of rubber pants over them. Swimming diapers may be used.
No pets allowed
in the pool area.
The Association will not be responsible for lost personal items.
Smoking is not permitted.
Pool tags will not be issued if unit assessments are delinquent.
VIOLATION
OF THESE RULES MAY RESULT IN THE LOSS OF POOL PRIVILEGES. THE ASSOCIATION
IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES WHICH OCCUR IN OR NEAR THE POOL
AREA.
