Residents are responsible for the placement of trash IN THE DUMPSTERS provided.

All trash MUST BE PLACED IN BAGS, securely sealed and placed IN the dumpsters. Do not toss bags over the enclosures. Any accumulation of debris on the ground is unsightly, and a possible health hazard. Any individual throwing garbage or trash on the ground will be fined $50.00.

Dumpsters are to be used by residents only. Dumping by a non-resident is illegal and should be reported to the West Chicago Police. Get the number of the license plate of the vehicle and call 911 immediately.

No hazardous materials or waste should be disposed of in the dumpsters.

Used tires will not be taken by the trash collector. They must be disposed of off the property by the owner at a licensed off-site facility.

Trash bags may not be stored on balconies or patios or in the hallways.

When furniture or large appliances are left by the dumpster the Association pays extra for their removal.
