Barrington Square 5 is located in Hoffman Estates, near the intersection of Higgins Rd (Rt 72) and Governors Lane.  There are 216 units.

The Barrington Square 5 Association is subject to the Declaration of Ownership, Bylaws and the Illinois Condominium Property Act.  They also have Rules and Regulations for the benefit of all homeowners.

There are several different styles within the Association.  There are ranch units and two story units with or without garages.

Nothing can be changed on the exterior of the unit without the Board’s approval.  Unit owners should always contact the management company if they have questions regarding installation of anything on the exterior.

Once a year usually in May, the Association has an annual flower handout.  The Association purchases flats of flowers and the homeowners are invited to select flowers which they may plant around their home.  Near the winter holiday the Board judges the light decorations that have been installed by the homeowners and award the top three decorators a prize.
