Garbage may only be stored in properly sealed plastic or metal garbage cans in fenced areas only. Storage of garbage in such containers is not permitted in unfenced patios and yards. Dog houses are not permitted in unfenced yards. No swing/slide sets, playground equipment, etc. shall be allowed. Any sod damaged by neglect and abuse by
the Owner, Tenants, their children or pets shall be replaced by the
Association at the Owners expense.
