Any item that is planned for installation that will be visible above or protrude beyond the fence is prohibited. Responsibility for maintenance of patio materials rests with the Owner. Two Story Units Plans for all patios shall be submitted to the ACC. Application must include complete plans showing size shape, placement, construction materials to be used and any other specific information. Care must be exercised so as not to change the topography and drainage requirements. If problems are caused with regard to drainage or other problems for adjacent Owners, the Owner will alone bear the responsibility for any legal actions by any Owner.
