Fines or other fees may be assessed against individual unit owners (residents) for various reasons as provided herein. Any unit owner (resident) so fined shall be notified in writing by the Agent of the amount and circumstances resulting in fine. Fines shall be paid with the first monthly assessment due after notice or the fines.

For violations of continuing nature, the Board shall have the right to institute a daily fine of $25.00per day for each day that the violation continues and until such time that it is cured. Violations of continuing nature shall include but not be limited to, architectural control violations.
