POOL PASS 

YOU MUST HAVE A POOL PASS PICTURE TAKEN AT THE CLUBHOUSE IF YOU DID NOT HAVE A VALID PASS FOR 2006. 

THE FORM MUST BE COMPLETED.  IF YOU DID NOT FILL OUT FORM CORRECTLY YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A POOL PASS.  VEHICLE STICKER NUMBER IS REQUIRED. 

IF YOU ARE NOT SURE OF WHAT IS REQUIRED, PLEASE COME DOWN TO CLUBHOUSE MAY 5,  9:00 – 11:00 AM OR  MAY 15,  4:00 – 7:00 PM. 

THESE ARE THE ONLY DAYS.  POOL PASSES WILL NOT BE ISSUED AFTER THIS.


GUEST PASSES:

Owners and tenants need to send a check made out to BHA marked pool passes.  The Pool passes are $10.00 each. Once we receive your check the guest pass will be at the pool for you to pick up.

Swimming Pool Pass and Hours
Owner Information

Admittance:
No one will be admitted without Association-issued pool passes or guest passes.
Everyone entering the pool must sign in.

Guests must be accompanied by a responsible owner or tenant. NOTE: Each unit is limited to (4) total guests. An adult 18 or older must accompany any guest. Each unit can have (2) free guests, and (2) guests that will be charged $1.00 each per day. Guests are defined as non-residents and non-owners of the complex. A guest is anyone that enters the pool area. (IF YOU LEAVE THE POOL AREA FOR ANY LENGTH OF TIME, YOUR GUESTS MUST LEAVE WITH YOU-AND can RETURN WHEN YOU DO)
Guest passes are sold in a (10) use coupon available through management for a $10.00 fee. The lifeguard will punch the card fro the number of guest(s). NOTE: Lifeguard will not accept cash. We only accept BHA guest passes. No other passes will be accepted.

Guests are anyone entering the pool area. It does not matter i they are swimming or not. They are still on the pool deck and still the responsibility of the guard.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible owner/tenant at all times. If there is a Pool attendant on duty rather than a certified lifeguard, Illinois State Law requires if a pool attendant is on duty, no one under the age of 17 can enter the pool area without an adult owner/tenant.

Owners must be current on assessments, fines, or late fees.

All owner tenant must show proof of residency to receive photo I.D. passes. Children of owners/tenants must also show proof of residency. Children 1-18 years of age may be required to show proof of age.
Anyone under the age of 18 can not bring a guest. (This includes a guest that is over the age of 18)

Health Regulations
Admission to pool is refused to all persons having any contagious disease, infectious conditions such as colds, fever, ringworm skin lesions, carbuncles, boils, inflamed eyes, ear discharges, or any other conditions which has the appearance of being infectious. Persons with excessive sunburn, abrasions which have not closed, corn plasters, bunion pads, adhesive tape, rubber bandages, or any other bandages of any kind are not to be permitted.
A person under the influence of alcohol or exhibiting erratic behavior shall not be permitted in the pool area.
No food, drink or tobacco will be allowed in other than specially designated and controlled sections of the pool area. Gum is not permitted in pool area.
All persons will be required to take a shower with soap before being allowed to enter water.
Bathers who leave pool area for any reason, are required to shower again before entering water.

All persons with shoulder length or longer hair must band their hair.
Personal conduct within the pool area must be such that the safety of self and others are NOT jeopardized. No running, boisterous or rough play is permitted. Persons applying tanning oils must shower to remove these materials from skin before entering the water.
No pets or animals of any kind are allowed in the pool area.
Spitting, spouting of water, blowing the nose or otherwise contaminating the pool is not permitted.
Absolutely no glass. Soap, lotion or other material which might create hazardous conditions, or interfere with efficient operation of the swimming pool, shall not be permitted in the water or in the pool area.
All apparel worn in the pool shall be clean.
Proper swim wear is required. Trunks must be swim trunks, no shorts or boxes.
No indecent tanning permitted. No Thongs, no removing bikini tops. (This is a Family Pool)

Infants/Toddlers
All infants/toddlers in diapers are not permitted in water. Infant/toddlers must wear swimming diapers and plastic pants with a swim suit. (NO EXCEPTIONS)
Toddlers are not allowed to run all over pool area. For the safety of the child and others you will be asked to leave.

Safety Regulations

No one will be allowed to use the pool without the presence or a lifeguard or pool attendant.
Running, pushing, scuffling, or any activity deemed unsafe will not be permitted.
No person(s) that can not swim (no doggy paddle) the width of pool shall be allowed to be in water without an adult (18 and over) supervising them n the water. Adult must be in water.
No rafts or inner tube that exceed 20" in diameter are allowed. Inner tubes are not to be used to sit in as a raft.

No person(s) with flotation devices (arm or vest) will be allowed in water without adult (18 and over) supervising them in water. Adult must be in water.

Bicycles, tricycles, roller blades, skateboards or similar items are NOT permitted in the pool area.

Splashing of water in or out of the pool, other than normal swimming is not permitted.

No hanging on rails, ladders, rope, or water spout will be permitted other than for safety reasons.

Deep end is only for those who can swim without the use of a flotation device.

The lifeguard has the authority to ask anyone who is not following rules to leave.

Pool Furniture
Towels should be used on furniture to avoid lotions and oils from fading color.

No standing on furniture.

Miscellaneous
Anyone deemed intoxicated will NOT be permitted in pool area.
Alcoholic beverages are specifically prohibited in pool area.

Non-Alcoholic beverage will be permitted in paper, can, or plastic containers only. No glass containers of any kind will be permitted.

Use of foul language or violation(s) of any pool rules will be just cause for suspension of pool privilege.

Only swim suites and plain white shirts are allowed in water. Absolutely no cut-offs will be allowed in water. Suits must be worn in manner to be appropriate for children.

Only battery operated radios, tape recorders, and plastic screened TV's played through earphones are permitted and only if there is no noise disturbing others. The lifeguard or pool attendant will judge what music or noise is excessive.

The lifeguard/pool attendant is responsible for pool procedures. His or her directions NEED to be followed at all times. Any accident or injury should be reported to the lifeguard/pool attendant immediately.

Users of the pool are responsible for the removal of all articles brought thereto by them, including, but not limited to towels, books, magazines, furniture, and garbage at the time they leave the pool area.

Anyone entering the pool area without proper authorization or anyone failing to abide by these pool rules, posted signs, or the instruction of the lifeguard/pool attendant n duty will be fined. At the discretion of the Board directed persons(s) violations of the pool rules may result in loss of pool privileges. All members are responsible for making sure pool rules are followed.

All persons using the pool area do so at their own risk, assume sole responsibility for any accident or injury in connecting with such use, and agree not to make any claim against the Association or any of its agents for loss or damage to life, limb or property.

Anyone caught (adult, teen, child, and baby) defecating in the pool or pool area, will be charged back for the total cleanup costs. Total cleanup includes (cleanup in pool, chemicals, time lost to lifeguards, etc.) In the case of a guest, owner/tenant will be held responsible.

The pool is not available for private parties.

Guests are expected to abide by the same rules set forth for all members of the Association. It is the responsibility of the owner/tenant to inform his guests. A homeowner/tenant may not bring another homeowner/tenant as their guest.

The rules, as set forth, are for your safety and pleasure. In order to maintain the program, the lifeguard/pool attendant and board directed person have complete authority within the pool area.

Your cooperation and compliance will guarantee a safe enjoyable swimming season.

Anyone caught causing damage to the pool or the pool area, will have all damage costs charged back to there assessment account for any cleanup or repairs to the pool or pool area.

No hanging on the metal fill valve for pool. Absolutely no hanging or sitting on the rope ladders except for emergency and safety use.
