Snow plowing is performed after a 2" snowfall. The first priority is parking lots and sidewalk's leading to parking lot.  Then all other walks will be cleared. All homeowner residents must move their vehicles for snow removal services.

Any vehicle not moved during snow removal operations may receive a fine.

If you are leaving during the winter months for an extended period of time please contact the management office for information as to where you may park.
