The following is a partial list of unacceptable exterior modifications:
1. Television or radio antennae 2. Playground equipment
3. Window air conditioning units 4. Dog stakes
5. Awnings or patio covers 6. Dog houses
7. Basketball hoops or backboards 8. Clotheslines
9. Fences or tressels 10. Bird houses
11. Any permanent or temporary 12. Bird feeders
exterior building.

NO MODIFICATION MAY BE MADE PRIOR TO RECEIVING WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
All requests must include a photocopy of your plat of survey with the proposed modification drawn on it. The only exceptions are requests involving modifications to the building structure only (such as attic fans, window replacements, etc.)
Some modifications require a permit from the City of Wheaton. If checked below, a City of Wheaton permit must be submitted to the Board of Directors prior to making the modification. (The City of Wheaton requires preliminary approval of the modification request by the Board before they will issue a permit.)

Homeowner acknowledges receipt of and agrees to comply with appropriate specifications and understands that all work is to be done in a professional manner. Any changes in plans must be approved in advance by the Board of Directors. Approval of decks and patios does not preclude access rights by utility companies.
