Plans must be submitted to Architectural Committee and approved before any work begins. Submit plans 30 days prior to construction to the Managing Agent. Additional information to be provided before a deck may be constructed at Briarcliffe Knolls:

1. Copy of Deed.

2. Copy of Survey (which shows the piece of property where deck will be constructed).

3. Contractor's Certificate of Insurance (original certificate to include Workman's Compensation and Liability).

4. Provision to be stated in contract that "All work will be completed within 60 days of the approved date".

5. Building Permit.

6. Contact JULIE 1-800-892-0123 48 hours prior to digging to become aware of where all underground power lines are.

BACK PATIOS/DECKS

Only the following items may be stored on the patio:
- Permanent patio furniture
- Barbecue grill
- Firewood

PATIO UMBRELLAS

Patio umbrellas must be securely installed in a weighted stand manufactured for patio umbrellas.
