FLOWERS POTS/BOXES AND HANGING BASKETS

Decorative flowers are permitted in flower pots or boxes. Flower pots or boxes may be located on porch, patio and flower beds areas and may not be affixed to any exterior portion of the unit.

Hanging baskets are permitted provided they are installed from hooks placed in the porch ceiling; brackets extending out from the building walls or woodwork are not permitted.

Flower pots, boxes and/or hanging baskets must not be left outside the unit between October 31 and April 1.

TIME RESTRICTIONS

Exterior holiday decorations are only permitted November through January. (With exception for displaying a flag or Halloween).

PLACEMENT RESTRICTIONS

Holiday decorations are not permitted on sidewalks or driveways.

HANGING/DISPLAYING RESTRICTIONS

Apparatus used for hanging and/or displaying decorations may not be permanently affixed to any exterior part of the building.

DAMAGE

Any damage caused by the hanging of decorations to the exterior units shall be repaired by the unit owner responsible or by the Board with cost of repair charged to the unit owner by the Association.

Lawn decorations

Lawn decorations, including but not limited to, statues, large boulders, Bird Baths, windmills, etc., are not permitted in common areas.
