STORM DOORS

If storm door is added, front door maintenance is the responsibility of the homeowner.

Storm doors must be aluminum with baked on enamel finish of a color that matches or compliments the existing trim or building. A change in color must be approved by the Board. Bare aluminum or aluminum-like silvery finish will not be permitted.

WINDOWS AND DOORS

Color of the door must match or compliment the existing
building. A change in color must be approved by Board.
Replacement doors or windows must be approved by the
Board.

WINDOW WELL COVERS

They must be of a commercially prepared metal or plastic (not wooden slats or boards).

Covers must support 250 lbs. in warm or cold weather.
Window well covers must remain in the original manufactured condition, including color.

Building codes in our area prohibit locking of the window well cover over emergency exit window, (the larger of the two in the basement) in any way that would delay an emergency EXIT through the window.

Cover shall be pitched to drain water away from building.

CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING

All units shall be placed behind the home except corner homes - units may be put on side of building.

Window air conditioning units are prohibited.


SKYLIGHT AND ATTIC FANS
Any installation must be approved by Architectural
Control Committee before installation.

DOWNSPOUTS AND GUTTERS

These will be maintained by the Association not by the homeowner.
