Any violation of the Briarcliffe Rules and Regulations will result in the following fines. Any expenses incurred by the Association because of a violation(s) will be charged to the unit owner in violation.

First Violation $ 50.00
Second Violation $ 75.00
Subsequent Notices $ 100.00
