 All City of Wheaton ordinance that pertain to signs shall be observed. No "For Sa1e, "For Rent", or "Open House" signs nor any other form of solicitation or advertising sign shall be allowed on the association common property. No signs larger than a standard real estate size are allowed on homeowner property. One (1) sign
allowed in window or yard.
