LEASE
RESTRICTIONS
No unit owner
may lease the unit for transient or hotel purposes.
RENTER
INFORMATION
The unit
owner must submit within ten (10) days of the start of a lease a document
that includes the following information.
Permanent
resident address and phone number(s) of the unit owner.
The names(s) of tenants(s)
The number of people occupying the unit.
UNIT OWNERS RESPONSIBILITIES
The unit
owner is responsible for:
Ensuring
tenant(s) has a current copy of the Briarcliffe Knolls Declaration, By-Laws
and Rules and Regulations.
Ensuring
tenant(s) abides by all restrictions outlined within the documents referenced
above.
Any fines
and/or monetary fees associated with legal or civil actions brought about
as a direct result of tenant(s) conduct.
All information
regarding contents of the lease and the lease rider shall be kept confidential
by the Board, managing agent and/or Association attorney(s). Unless disclosure
is required for a proper purpose.
NOISE
/ DISTURBANCES
Unit owners
are responsible for ensuring residents of his/her unit (including the
unit owner) and/or guests do not create unusual noise or disturbances
in or around the unit. This includes but is not limited to an individual(s),
car(s), motorcycle(s) / scooter(s), parties etc
