General Restrictions

All City of Wheaton ordinance that pertain to pets shall be observed.

No pet shall be allowed to create a nuisance or unreasonable disturbance. Any pet causing a nuisance or unreasonable disturbance shall be permanently removed from the property upon three (3) days written notice from the Board of Directors to the decision of the Board shall be final. This provision would only be used if a Homeowner was found to have been guilty of more than two
(2) violations of the Association's pet rules.

Pets must not be allowed to run free.

Pets must be on a hand-held leash at all times when outside their unit.

Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets on all property. Violators will be fined.

Pet owners are responsible for all damage caused to property within the boundaries of the association by their pets. If homeowner does not repair damage caused to property, Association will repair the damage and charge the homeowner.

Dog houses and dog stakes are not approved by the Board of Directors.
