PLACEMENT

The removal of garbage within the boundaries of the property of the Association is governed by the laws of the City of Wheaton. Garbage may not be placed at curbside prior to 6 p.m. of the evening prior to collection, and permanent containers for garbage collection must be removed from curb side by 6 p.m. of the evening of collection.

CONTAINERS

The City of Wheaton provides each homeowner a blue recycle plastic can. Garbage Disposal Company needs to be contacted for them to pick up appliances or furniture. They should be left out on day of pick up only. Permanent storage of garbage cans must be in garage and should not be stored in an outside area.

CLEAN-UP

Any litter remaining on the ground after pick-up must be removed by the townhome resident.
