Briarcliffe West has 202 townhouse units on approximately 22 acres. It includes Dundee Drive and all of its adjoining Courts (Exeter, Leicester, Reading, Borough, Hertford and Edinburgh), as well as units on Briarcliffe Blvd. and Blanchard Street, Rhodes and Sunderland Courts, and South Hampton Court (off of 22nd Street).

Except for Briarcliffe Blvd. and Blanchard, which are city streets, all of
the Streets and Courts are owned and maintained by the Association. However, city parking restrictions are enforced by the Wheaton Police
on all Streets and Courts in the Association.
