The Association
is under the direction of an elected Board of five (5) homeowners. Members
of the Board of Directors are elected for two (2) year terms. Elections
are conducted in conjunction with an Annual Meeting held each year approximately
during the second week of June.
The
Board of Directors conducts regular business meetings each month at 7:00
p.m. Locations are announced in the Association's newsletter, Briarcliffe
Westwind, which is published bimonthly. The Board encourages you and
all homeowners to attend the business meetings to provide valuable input
and to find out about issues of importance to our Community. Time is set
aside at each meeting to discuss questions, suggestions, and/or concerns
of homeowners in attendance.
The meetings are held at
7pm
at the Wheaton
Police Department located at
900 West Liberty
Drive in Wheaton in the Administrative Conference Room.
At the request of
the Wheaton Police we ask that the members please park on the street
rather than in the visitor’s lot of the Police Department. All meetings
are held on the second Tuesday of each month (except December) in the
calendar year of 2006.
