Addendum to Rules and Regulations
Briarcliffe West Townhouse Owners’
Association
Addition to the Rules and Regulations
Loitering is prohibited
in Briarcliffe West by adults and children
(of all ages).
“Loitering” means
prowling, standing, sitting, or lying upon any association street, court,
sidewalk, driveway, or common area so as to create a safety hazard, public
nuisance, or disturbance to the peace.
Behavior that creates a safety hazard, public nuisance, or disturbance to
the peace includes the following:

Making excessive noise
-
Blocking or delaying
traffic
-
Using vulgar
and/or abusive language or gestures

Littering
-
Running or riding
vehicles into the streets and courts without stopping and looking for
traffic
-
Running or riding
vehicles through other people’s yards or hiding outside their unit, in
their shrubbery, etc.
-
Congregating close to
other people’s units and on other people’s driveways.
The Wheaton curfew
applies in Briarcliffe West
(Mon.-Thurs. 11:00 PM and Fri.-Sun 12:00 AM)
Parents/guardians will be responsible for any fines incurred by their
children, and owners will be responsible for any fines incurred by their
tenants.
