GARBAGE COLLECTION Garbage cans and bags to be emptied or removed by licensed scavengers may be placed at the curb AFTER 7:00 PM on the evening prior to the assigned pickup day. All empty containers must be removed BEFORE 7:00 PM on the day of pickup. This is an Ordinance of the City of Wheaton- Police Enforced. Anyone moving out of a unit and placing trash bags on the curb without the proper stickers will be fined $50.00 plus the cost of the stickers. Trash pickup is on Thursdays. When there
is a holiday during the week, pickup is a day later.
