All storm doors and/or windows must be white in color. (Please see Storm Door Policy). The storm doors must be full glass only with a maximum 10” kick plate. An alterations and additions application (Attachment E) must first be submitted to the managing agent, prior to installation and the homeowner must receive approval by the Board.

No alterations of any kind may be made to the exterior portions of any building, including roofs, siding, balconies, porches, driveways and sidewalks without written permission of the Board.

Exterior lights can only be white bulbs, with the exception of yellow “bug” lights, which may be used from April 1st to October 1st only. Porch lights are the responsibility of the Unit-owner.

Only one flag made of fabric or cloth is allowed to be attached without Board approval per unit and is limited in size to three feet by five feet. The flag needs to be attached to a pole and the pole needs to be installed in a flag pole holder. No flags may be hung free from windows, doors or balconies.
