Late charges of $25.00 will be assessed if payment is received after the 15th of the month, and each subsequent month of non-payment.

Coupon books are mailed to Owners each year in December.

Payments made directly to the Management Office must be processed manually and will incur a convenience fee.

The Managing Agent shall automatically send a statement to any Unit-owner who is delinquent in any month.

Any Unit-owner who is delinquent for more than sixty (60) days will have their file turned over to the Association Attorney for collection and legal action.

Once a delinquent Unit-owner is sent to the Association Attorney for collections, all legal fees become the responsibility of the Unit-owner.
