Contact American Community Management, Inc. EMERGENCY calls can be placed to the Managing Agent 24 hours a day, but ordinary repairs must be called in during normal business hours. An emergency call constitutes flood, fire or risk or loss of life. Managing Agent will be responsible for responding within 24 hours upon initial request. Managing Agent will maintain a list of emergency numbers for residents to call. |
