It shall be unlawful for any person within the Association to make, continue, or cause to be made or continued, any loud, unnecessary or unusual noise which, in the Board’s discretion, either unreasonably annoys, disturbs, injures or endangers the comfort, repose, convenience, health, peace or safety of others, within the corporate limits of the Association. The Board of Directors must approve lawn parties in advance, upon 30 days written notice. During the week the lawn party cannot continue past 9pm and during the weekend the lawn party cannot continue past 11pm. Fireworks of any kind are strictly prohibited.
