Unit owners shall keep balconies, patios and porches clean and free of clutter. No unsecured items shall be placed outside of balcony rails or hung over such rails. Balconies may not be used for storage. Only patio furniture and gas/electric grills may be kept on the patio or balcony.

Charcoal Grills are prohibited on balconies and patios.
