All rubbish, trash, and garbage shall be regularly removed from the Properties and shall not be allowed to accumulate thereon. All rubbish, trash, or garbage shall be kept in the unit owner’s garage; until the morning of garbage pickup. Garbage may not be burned on the Property under any circumstances.

Please note: owners will be fined $20 per day for every day the garbage is left out on the end of their driveways. If pick-up is required of oversized items (i.e., appliances, carpet and plywood), please make special arrangements with the refuse contractor.
