The following is a change to the CCA Rules and Regulations on CCA parking. The board approved the change on November 5th 2007. “On November 15th 2007 vehicles parked in any CCA parking lot or drive that do not have either a current CCA vehicle window sticker or guest pass (current information included on the pass card) suspended from the rear view mirror will be subject to towing. Towing of unauthorized vehicles can occur between the hours of 12 am (midnight) and 6:30 am.” Allyn Webert, Board of Directors
New Parking Stickers! Airconditioners:
It is the
responsibility of the homeowner to remove the old A/C unit when
replacing it with a new one, otherwise you will be charged for the
removal and fined.
Also,
when installing a new A/C unit on the roof, cranes are not allowed on
the landscape, which might get damaged. Alternative methods must be
used for installation.
