Our landscaping is costly and these rules are intended to protect our investment.

Any trees, shrubs or plantings to be installed on the Property must be approved by the Board or its duly authorized agents, unless otherwise authorized herein.

Owners are free to plant flowers with a maxim mature height of two feet (2 ft.) in the cultivated areas surrounding their patio, provided that:

a) No Association plantings are altered.

b) Such plants and beds are well maintained by the planter.

c) Beds are cleared at the end of the growing season so that the landscaper may prepare them for the winter.

Plantings in any other areas must have prior Board approval following written request.

Residents are. not allowed to give instructions to any employees of the landscaper.

Unit Owners are responsible for keeping lawn areas immediately surrounding their respective Units clean and free from debris.

Any sod or other Property damaged by the neglect or abuse of any resident, guest or pets on the Property will be replaced at the expense of the Unit Owner who is responsible.
