NO charcoal or wood burning device is allowed on the decks (balconies).

No bicycles children's toys, furniture (excluding patio furniture), clothing or any other articles are to be stored on the deck or patio.

NO rugs, blankets, etc. may be hung over the deck railings.

NO clothesline may be stretched across patio's or decks.

NO playground equipment, basketball nets, bicycles, or recreational items (such as sports equipment, etc.) on common elements prior to 9 a.m.
and no later than dark or 9 p.m. whichever occurs first.
