No signs,
including but limited to "For Sale" "For Rent" "Open
House", political, etc. are to be displayed on the outside of the
buildings or anywhere in the Fairfax Commons Condominium Association without
the approval of the Board of Directors. One "For Sale" sign
will be permitted in each of two interior windows of each unit except
where there is no window visible to street.
