One (1) garage sale per unit per year is permitted and requires a permit through the Village of Bartlett Clerk's office. No other garage sale will be allowed without the Association Board's approval.

Garage sales are to be confined to the garage and driveway of the unit owners and not on common areas.

The removing of garage sale signs are the responsibility of the unit owner and are to be removed immediately after the sale.
