Storm Doors.
Installation of storm doors requires prior Board approval. The
preferred style is full glass white, ½ or ¾ self-storage. Front door
must match color of exterior building or if any other doors have been
installed on your building, all must match.
FINE:
$100.00
initial fine plus $25.00 per day for every day the violation
continues.

Requests
for Exterior Modifications: must be submitted and reviewed by Management
and the Board. This requirement includes satellite dishes,
decks, windows and doors, landscape modifications.
Form submitted without drawings that are
used for the review
process will delay the approval request. Send drawing to:
