Signs and Advertising.  No signs, billboard, or other advertising device of any character shall be erected or maintained upon any part of the Properties or on any Unit contained therein, except for the following:

Declarant shall not be subject to this restriction and may erect and maintain whatever signs it deems necessary or proper in connection with the development, subdivision, and sale of the Properties and the Units contained therein until the Declarant’s rights have been terminated pursuant to Article III.

Family name designation on a residence may be maintained if it is not more than fourteen square inches.

No sign shall be larger than 5 square feet in size.

FINE: $100.00 initial fine plus $25.00 per day for every day the violation continues.

Lock boxes are allowed only on the garage.
