All exterior improvements must be approved by the Board.

In the near future, a community survey will be sent to all homeowners. Please fill this out and send it back to ACM when you do receive it.

The Association mows the front of houses and fertilizes 3 times a year and weed control applied once a year.

If your property encompasses any part of the ponds, then you are directly responsible for maintaining that area, keeping in mind that the Association is responsible for maintaining the pond itself. If you desire to have any portion of your grass cut on your property than you should contact Mike from New Images.
