Balconies
and Decks:
Balconies and decks may not be enclosed or altered in any way.
No drying or airing of clothes, carpeting or laundry or hanging of clothes lines is permitted on patios or balconies.
No awnings, sunshades, canopies, trellises, shutters, radio or television antennae shall be affixed to or placed in, upon, over or adjacent to any balcony and decks.
Dust mops, rugs, etc. shall not be shaken from, nor water nor other refuse disposed of or from balconies. No objects of any kind are to be thrown from balconies at any time.
Balconies and decks may not be used for storage, except that patio furniture and gas/electric grills may be placed on balconies or decks.
No obnoxious activity shall be conducted on a balcony or deck and nothing shall be stored or maintained on a balcony or deck which would be in violation of the fire codes or other municipal or governmental ordinances, or which would adversely affect the health, safety and welfare of the residents, or which would interfere with access to or exit from the Unit through its respective balcony or deck.
Decks, balconies, and patios must not be used as pet runs.
Barbecuing:
Charcoal grills are limited to concrete sidewalks or on asphalt surfaces within 8" of your own garage door.
A fire extinguisher must be readily available when a grill is in use.
Barbecuing
may never be conducted in any garage. Lighter fluid must be immediately removed and may never be stored on Common Elements.
All barbecue grills must be stored neat in appearance.
The Board of Directors reserves the right to restrict or prohibit any Unit owner from barbecuing should any of these rules be broken, or if any fire hazard is posed.
All
hot coals must be disposed of in a fireproof container. |
